Here’s a simple pitch for the many people who read this blog on a daily basis. We’re trying to build up our “Signal Connect” brand on Facebook a little more. For years, we’ve been focusing our social media efforts on “Solid Signal” which is our e-commerce brand. We’re trying to do the same thing with Signal Connect.
Who is Signal Connect?
Signal Connect is another part of Signal Group LLC, the parent company of Solid Signal. Since 2011, Signal Connect has focused on helping customers directly rather than just relying on the “click-and-shop” model. There are a lot of people out there who really need extra attention. I’m talking about marine customers, folks with RVs, large businesses, bars, hotels, all that sort of thing. When shopping online just isn’t enough, folks rely on the professionals at Signal Connect to help them get it done.
Unlike other operations which rely on overseas call centers, the entire Signal Connect operation is based in Novi, Michigan. We have nothing but hand-picked experts.
