Meet Ashley!

We’re more than just tech, and so each one of our Signal Pro’s has volunteered some private information so you know that you’re talking to a real person.

Ashley is a technician in our support department and answers phones, takes e-mails and antenna requests, and also staffs our chat line. Here’s what she had to say:

What’s your favorite part of working at Solid Signal?

I love getting to meet all sorts of new and interesting people every day.

What has been your greatest accomplishment while working here?

My greatest accomplishment thus far has been learning the amazing and wonderful things I used to take for granted.

What do you do besides answering the phones?

Besides answering the phones, I also answer emails, antenna requests, and am trying to become more adequate on “Chat”.

What do you like to do on your time off?

In my spare time, my favorite thing to do is spend as much time as possible with my toddler daughter. We do all sorts of fun things together.

What is your favorite color?

My favorite color really depends on my mood and the season of the year. If it is in the blue family we are good to go.

Are you a cat person, a dog person, or something else?

I don’t ever remember my life without a cat or two running around. I have not had much exposure to dogs. Someday that might change.

What is your favorite kind of music?

Although I am a youngun’, I love the 60’s music best.

When people meet you, what really surprises them about you?

It comes as a great shock to people that at one point in my life I was so painfully shy that I would bring books to my own family gatherings.

Where is the most exotic place you’ve visited?

The most exotic place I have ever visited…. Good question. I have traveled so much in my lifetime that I have so many. My favorite though was Colorado.

If you could have dinner with one famous person who would it be?

If I could dine with a famous person, I would have to choose God.
