“NEW” video: Signal Connect can help you save time and money

From the looks of things, our video production team has too much time on their hands. When our corporate sales arm, Signal Connect, asked them to come up with a video to embed in a marketing campaign, they reached all the way back to the 1940s and 1950s. Don’t believe me? Take a look.

The format may seem a little familiar to baby boomers or Gen-Xers who sat through 16 millimeter films while in school. They even put some fake static and film scratches in to complete the vision.

The video may be from the past but the service is from the future

They’ve had their fun, but I really should tell you that Signal Connect doesn’t operate like it’s 1947. They’re a future-oriented organization that is here to help RV and marine dealers get their customers going quickly. Instead of handling satellite activations on their own, Signal Connect can take on the entire process. RV and marine dealers don’t make money off satellite activations, yet the process can take up to an hour or more for each new customer.

Our Signal Connect reps ask, why don’t you let us take care of it? Signal Group experts will handle the activation more quickly and more easily, and provide all the support your customers need. It’s a true win-win.

And despite what that silly video shows, we have a state-of-the-art operation in our Novi, Michigan corporate offices. It doesn’t look anything like the one in that video, and our reps have all the technology they need to service any customer need.

Not to mention, no one in the offices walks around talking like a 1920s carnival barker. What was that guy thinking?

Oh well, I guess they got it out of their systems and we can all get back to being professionals now.
