Our offices are open today and Monday

Holidays that fall on a weekend are a mixed bag. As a society, we can’t seem to agree on simple rules for whether or not businesses should be open or people should get the day off. I don’t understand the confusion — For years I’ve said it should be simple. If the holiday’s on a Saturday, you get the Friday off. If it’s on a Sunday, you get the Monday off. But it seems I’m in the minority… most folks seem to think it’s a lot more complex.

But that’s a story for another time

Here we are on December 23. I’m happy to say that our offices are open today. Not only that, but we’re also open on Monday, December 26. Our staff will be taking time to be with their families, but we have enough people on site to help you throughout today and Monday. We’re closed as per usual on Saturday and Sunday.

Of course, you can shop for what you need at Solid Signal 24 hours a day and we’ll get your order to you with customary quickness. Of course, this time of year, there are often shipping delays due to the shipping carriers themselves. We’ll do our best to work around those, of course.

Our Signal Connect team will be here to serve you today and Monday as well. If you’re already working with a particular person, they’ve probably told you if they are taking any time off for the holiday. If you’re not, we have experts on staff to make sure you’re getting the high level of customer service you’ve come to expect

As we look forward…

Friends, I know this is not “that sort of blog.” But this time of year, I think it’s fair to bend the rules a little bit in the name of harmony. It hasn’t been a great couple of years for a lot of people. I think we can agree on that. This blog has been with you through it all. Most of the time we try to provide a little distraction, and even a little bit of normalcy when you need it most. As we all come together for the last time this year, I think it’s fair to say that we all need a little more “peace on earth and good will.” In the last several years, I’ve learned to be much more forgiving. I look at folks who are just trying to make their way in this world. I try to wish them the best. Hopefully you do too. too. Let’s hope that we all continue that trend.
