Hey, I’m just like you. A couple times a day I get a call from a number I don’t recognize. Thanks to some hard work by cell carriers, a lot of them show up as “Spam Risk.” I don’t even bother looking any further, and I bet you don’t either.
Recently, though, you might have gotten a call from the 248 area code and wondered who this was and why these people are calling, I can clear it up for you. It’s not spam. You might even want to answer the phone when you see that call coming in.
248 is Solid Signal’s area code.
Solid Signal’s corporate offices are in Novi, Michigan. That’s in the metro Detroit area. We’re proud to be a US-based company, and we have been since 2002 when we were founded. The 248 and 947 area codes serve our region.
But why is Solid Signal calling you?
Recently, we’ve started calling customers who have bought from Solid Signal, just to see if you’re happy with what you have. We might also want to tell you about new offers we have or let you know about many of the great services we offer. But, the real goal here is to reach out and provide great customer service to you.
We’re taking the time to reach out because that’s the kind of company we are. We know that anyone can sell you something online. On the other hand, it takes a special company to provide excellent customer service. You know what I’m talking about here. I know you buy from the same big web sites I do. If you’ve ever tried to talk to a person on the phone from there, you know it’s almost impossible. When there’s a problem, you’re probably better off giving up. I have a lot of things in my garage that didn’t work out for me and I didn’t even try to talk to someone about them. They’re all wasted money, but I don’t want to waste time trying to get things fixed.
