HBO Max a Powerhouse in December 2020!

Holy streaming! HBO Max is really rocking the original and curated selections this month!

If you’re looking for something to stream, HBO Max is where you need to be. The streaming service released 129 curated titles on December 1, alone! Those selections are followed up by 52 more original and curated titles. That’s a total of 181 different programs for you and your family to enjoy. It was difficult to decide on my top three pics because I had so much promising content to choose from. That said, here are this month’s highlights for streaming original content on HBO Max.

Baby God (December 2, 2020)

If you like gritty documentaries that take on tough topics, it doesn’t get more hard-hitting than this. Baby God is the new HBO documentary that examines the work of controversial fertility specialist Dr. Quincy Fortier. We won’t get into the details of what he did because we’re not that kind of blog. What we can say is that this documentary takes an unflinching look at Dr. Fortier through the eyes of his victims and many children.

Take a look at the Baby God trailer to see if this is the kind of documentary for you:

Let Them All Talk (December 10, 2020)

Isn’t there an unwritten rule that anything starring Meryl Streep will be good? You can be the judge of that when you watch Let Them All Talk, an HBO Max original film. This movie is about a famous writer struggling to finish her newest manuscript while trying to connect with two friends, played by Dianne Wiest and Candice Bergen. From the powerhouse cast to its set on the Queen Mary, this comedy-drama has all the makings of a night’s entertainment.

Here’s the Let Them All Talk trailer:

Homeschool Musical Class of 2020 (December 17, 2020)

A lot has been said about the high school senior athletes who’ve missed their last season to compete due to COVID. But what about the kids who were looking forward to performing in their last high school musical? That opportunity was given to a group of class of 2020 graduates in this documentary. Do you want to be uplifted by watching a diverse group of teens overcoming the current circumstances to express themselves through their art? Well, this documentary is for you!
