Our offices are open today and Monday

As I said last week, holidays that fall on a weekend are a mixed bag. As a society, we can’t seem to agree on simple rules for whether or not businesses should be open or people should get the day off. I don’t understand the confusion — For years I’ve said it should be simple. If the holiday’s on a Saturday, you get the Friday off. If it’s on a Sunday, you get the Monday off. But it seems I’m in the minority… most folks seem to think it’s a lot more complex.

But that’s a story for another time

Here we are on December 30. I’m happy to say that our offices are open today. Not only that, but we’re also open on Monday, January 2. Our staff will be taking time to be with their families, but we have enough people on site to help you throughout today and Monday. We’re closed as per usual on Saturday and Sunday.

Of course, you can shop for what you need at Solid Signal 24 hours a day and we’ll get your order to you with customary quickness. Of course, this time of year, there are often shipping delays due to the shipping carriers themselves. We’ll do our best to work around those, of course.

Our Signal Connect team will be here to serve you today and Monday as well. If you’re already working with a particular person, they’ve probably told you if they are taking any time off for the holiday. If you’re not, we have experts on staff to make sure you’re getting the high level of customer service you’ve come to expect

Wishing you a happy New Year…

It’s become almost cliché to say, “it’s been a rough year.” It seems like we say it every year, don’t we? Yet every year has its share of happiness and sadness. As we look forward to 2023, I think we all go into it with anticipation and hope. There’s so much we can look back and be thankful for. There’s also so much we can look back on and hope we do better next time. I have a feeling that the coming year will be much the same.

The one thing you can count on, though, is that Solid Signal and The Solid Signal Blog will be here for all of it. I look forward to seeing all of you in the coming year!
