Real customer service never goes out of style

Here we are, a month into the new year. I bet you’ve already forgotten your resolutions. 2022 and all its craziness seems like a million years ago. And yet, even though we’re living in the future, there’s one thing that’s never really gone out of style: customer service.

Of course, not everyone agrees. I don’t know about you but as I stand in line to return something, or “press 1” for the 95th time on an endless phone tree, when I buy something from the world’s largest retailer and I can’t even find a phone number on their site… I have to wonder if anyone agrees.
