SolidSignal.com Getting Website Update!

We’re giving SolidSignal.com a website redesign and it will be more customer-friendly than ever!

Very soon, you’ll notice that we’ve updated our SolidSignal.com site. Actually, we’re updating it quite a bit. When we’re done, ti will be a total website redesign! The most important takeaway is that everything we’re doing over there is being done with YOU, our valued customers, in mind. Want to know how? Keep reading.

It’s All for Our Customers

My colleagues would love me to tell you that the new website will be “responsive, modern, cross-platformed, and standardized.” While that’s all true, I know what you’re thinking. You’re asking the age-old question, “What’s in it for me?” (By “me” I mean “you,” not me, personally. Get it?) Here’s what’s in it for you: an enhanced user experience. Our website update is being made with you, the Solid Signal customer, in mind.

Cord-cutters, installers, and everyone else can soon enjoy these features on our new site:

  • Easier checkout experience,
  • Easier access to daily deals,
  • Better organization and flow to the site,
  • “Quick order” gets you in and out faster,
  • Easier access to the brands you really want,
  • Improved chat/support experience,
  • And a better search experience.

All of these benefits will create a quicker, easier, and more satisfying online shopping experience for YOU! While these are great, there’s an even bigger benefit on the way…

…Our New Website Will Be VERY Mobile-Friendly!

Solid Signal is the leading online consumer electronics product retailer. Our Signal Connect division is an AT&T Preferred Dealer. The bottom line is that we know how important mobile shopping is to most Americans. Up to 80 percent of shopping traffic is done on a mobile device these days. We took this into account with our upcoming website redesign.

Online shopping is a visual experience. Anyone who has ever placed an online order knows this. Our new site will offer a unified shopping experience that looks great on mobile. It will support images of 2048px x 2048px, which is a lot more than our old site. By the first quarter of 2021, the site will offer a simplified checkout experience. It also will support mobile payments and Apple Pay during that same time.

More to Come on SolidSignal.com

While our upcoming website design is great news,it’s just the start. As a loyal Solid Signal customer, you can expect bigger and better things from our site in the future. Constant improvement is an ongoing process, after all, and everyone here is committed to it. Expect to read more news on our website design here at The Solid Signal Blog. Stay tuned!
