We’re here to help you get a solid signal. Most people dread calling tech support. They figure they’re lucky if they can get anyone at all and when they do they figure they are getting some “level 1” lackey in an overseas call center. They prepare themselves for an afternoon of repeating the same story over and over again. It’s even worse if you call one of the larger e-commerce retailers. The largest seller in the world doesn’t even offer tech support using voice. I don’t know about you, but that’s pretty frustrating to me.

Solid Signal tech support is different. When you call us, you’re reaching our staff in Novi, Michigan. We don’t have an overseas call center. We have a small group of dedicated professionals who really care about the product. Our staff doesn’t rely on “level 1” CSRs to try to diagnose the problem. We never use script readers, only trained technicians. We know that you’ve already tried the easy stuff so when you get a tech, you’re getting someone who is ready to get his or her hands dirty. We’re ready to dig into the specifics of the problem.

Who you’ll get when you call

Yes, unfortunately, it is the 21st century. This means you may get a phone tree prompt when you call. We’ll try to get you to the right people. Hopefully, the first person who picks up will be the right one. If we transfer you, it’s only because we want you to get the best possible service and we know there’s someone on staff who can give that to you.

Our staff of trained and certified technicians speak your language. We’ve been up on the roof putting up antennas. We’ve been in the field working with commercial equipment. Our folks have put in the time to get certifications from the manufacturers. We’re a group of high-level players who would rather spend our time helping you succeed.

We know not everyone knows everything, which is why we diversify. We have some techs who are experts on information technology, some who really get the deep satellite stuff, some who know everything there is to know about RF. Not only that, we have weBoost and Wilson certified technicians, as well as people with every possible satellite and antenna certification. If your technician doesn’t know the answer, they don’t have to put you back in the queue for some random person at the other end of the planet… it usually takes a brief hold to walk to the other side of the room and ask someone.
