Showtime Free Preview all weekend

That’s right, it’s time for a free preview of Showtime. While Showtime may not enjoy the high profile of HBO, there are a lot of great original programs and a surprisingly large number of movies. DIRECTV customers have an opportunity to check out all thirteen channels of Showtime this weekend!

The free preview has already started and goes on all thirteen Showtime-owned channels. By the way, that also includes three channels of “The Movie Channel” plus Flix and Sundance TV. This is a lot of entertainment, folks.

Don’t forget that you can schedule recordings remotely with the DIRECTV App for smartphones and tablets so you don’t have to wait until you get home.

You can catch up on Showtime programs using their on-demand channel and catch the season premiere of Billions. If you like drama and Damian Lewis lights you up, you’ll love this show. There are also new episodes of veteran drama Homeland as well as all the original series you’ve missed over the years.

In the past, any program or movie you recorded during a free preview was still viewable after the preview period ended, so this is a perfect opportunity to fill up the DVR with the things you’ll be watching all summer. It’s a great alternative to renting movies.

Of course, the folks at DIRECTV would also like it if you’d consider subscribing to the Showtime package. If it really seems like something you enjoy, why not? Give the folks at Solid Signal a call at 888-233-7563 and they’ll get you set up. In most cases you can be watching your new channel in minutes after a phone call.
